This strategic and innovative action of the City Government of Rio de Janeiro, already in the final stage, restructured a 5 million square meter area whose limits are Presidente Vargas, Rodrigues Alves, Rio Branco, and Francisco Bicalho Avenues. The project aims at preserving the identity and characteristics of the area always based on environmental sustainability principles and promoting socioeconomic development. It is a new business center that emerges with indisputable quality and all infrastructure required for the economic development of the region.
